Responsibilities:

1. Assist in formulating the company's product marketing strategy; guide and complete the group's marketing plan.

2. Lead the team in market research, strategy formulation, product positioning, solution marketing, brand packaging, digital marketing, and industry marketing.

3. Develop and implement product marketing plans based on different target markets; propose suitable marketing strategies and oversee their implementation.

4. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, including market strategy, industry analysis, and competitive analysis, and prepare market reports.

5. Manage internal resources, enhance team cohesion, and improve team collaboration skills.

6. Handle other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 6 years in management. Experience in smart audio, healthcare, transportation, and education marketing is preferred.

2. Deep understanding of the industry, with knowledge of intelligent equipment and marketing strategies.

3. Proficiency in marketing tactics, promotional strategies, product launch, and market expansion, with extensive experience in marketing and promotion.

4. Excellent team management and coordination skills, familiar with team recruitment, daily management, performance assessment, and professional training techniques.

5. Strong analytical skills, market sensitivity, and adept at gathering market information.

6. Good professional ethics, serious work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills with customers.
