Responsibilities:

1. Software development, focusing on creating algorithm models based on hardware characteristics.

2. Responsible for optimizing, modeling, and verifying intelligent speech algorithms embedded in systems and chips, as well as algorithm migration and integration with software and hardware.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with excellent fresh graduates also considered.

2. Strong interest in deep learning, speech recognition, or relevant intelligent algorithm projects.

3. Proficiency in Python, C, or other programming languages.

4. In-depth experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

5. Understanding of the basic working principles of algorithms.

6. Experience with large-scale project development is preferred.
